Brooke Fernandes

Brooke A. Fernandes obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University Faculty of Law and was called to the British Columbia Bar in January 2018. Prior to pursuing a legal education, Brooke obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, majoring in International Studies and worked with a number of Canadian charities providing humanitarian assistance to women and children in Asia.

Brooke's practice focuses on the areas of wills, trusts and estates, with demonstrated niche interests in advanced planning for health/personal care and digital assets. Brooke works with her clients to put an estate plan in place that meets their specific needs. Brooke also represents executors and administrators in all stages of estate administration and applications for estate grants.

Brooke lives in Surrey and to build community amongst like-minded individuals in her community she, with some friends, launched "Future Leaders Network" ("FLN"). FLN aims to create a space for future leaders to connect and collaborate.

At the end of the workday, you'll most likely find Brooke a few blocks from the office, training at South Surrey's premiere CrossFit box.
